Amaka Lua currently lives in Iceland, where, alongside her work, she has had the opportunity to fulfill her long-held dream and start mixing. She primarily enjoys progressive music and is most influenced by the work of Hernan Cattaneo. She first stood behind the mixing desk just a few months ago, and it all started as a hobby. She was driven solely by her love of music and the desire to learn, without any grand ambitions or plans... But her mentor, Andrewboy, saw more in her, and her encouragement, positive energy, and professionalism inspired her to keep going, to learn, to develop, and later even to try her hand at writing music.
